Volunteers
The Winter Sculling Series is run entirely by volunteers. Volunteers fill committee positions, and act as event officials, observers,marshels, rescue boat operators,timers, bow number distributor first-aiders and starters. Without volunteers, the Winter Sculling Series would not be the successful and enjoyable event it is!
There are 11 weeks across which many, many people are needed to carry out all the tasks for the safe and smooth operation of the events.
If you are able to help even for just one week, it is appreciated. All volunteers get a winter sculling T-shirt and a chance to be named volunteer of the year with your name engraved on a silver plate.
