Virtual Albert Park Grand Prix this week

A few things to remember:

  1. This is by Concept2 ergo, not on the lake!
  2. You need access to an ergo. Remember that gyms (including rowing clubs) are not yet open, so please don't hassle the management!
  3. Distance this week is 5km. Set 5000m as a single time workout on the ergo.
  4. Rating is not capped; but if you aren't used to this distance, don't go out too hard and blow yourself up.
  5. This week you can do the ergo anytime between now and noon Saturday June 6. (If you do blow up on day one, you can do it again the next day, and the next, and the next.... Up to you, but only email in one result!)
  6. Email your name and time to wintersculling@hotmail.com before noon on Saturday. (You can include a photo of the screen if you're very proud of the result. We might ask for one subsequently if we think you might have made a transcription error!)
  7. Processing results will be a bit slow; we will have to interrogate each email; but they should be out Saturday afternoon.

Once you have entered, you will be OK to do all the rest of the series; you'll just follow the instructions each week and email in a time.
